南アフリカ本社（Steven MOTI : https://gscholdings.co.za/）から日本支社の登記を含む設立関連費用、銀座オフィス賃料、税理士費用、人件費、法人税、HP製作費など、日本側スタッフの個人による立替を含む全ての経費が14ヶ月以上一切送金されておらず、契約に関する不満が多発しています。

南アフリカ本社（CEO : Steven Moti）に対し誠意を持って対応するよう繰り返し伝達しておりましたが、状況改善が見られず、これ以上関係者にご迷惑をかけることは本意ではないため、やむを得ず一旦クローズさせていただきます。なお本件は、南アフリカ大使館にも報告し、解決すべく法的な処置を含め相談しております。今後、状況が進展次第、改めて報告いたします。

“GSC Holdings Japan,” established in 2024, will cease operations starting in July 2025.

From our South African headquarters (Steven MOTI: https://gscholdings.co.za/), all expenses related to the establishment, including the registration of the Japanese branch, rent for the Ginza office, accounting fees, personnel costs, corporate taxes, and website production costs—including personal advances by Japanese staff—have not been remitted for over 14 months. Furthermore, we have received numerous complaints regarding contracts, as we have unilaterally billed advance fees to both domestic and international business partners, and products have not been delivered.

We have repeatedly communicated to the South African headquarters (CEO: Steven Moti) the need for sincere action, but there has been no improvement in the situation. To avoid causing further inconvenience to stakeholders, we regret to inform you that we must temporarily close operations. Additionally, this matter has been reported to the South African Embassy, and we are consulting on legal measures to seek resolution. We will provide updates as the situation progresses.
